I am extremely personable, open-minded, and knowledgeable, which gives me the ability to perform spiritual, interfaith and same-sex wedding ceremonies as an ally, with respect and confidence.

Located in Richmond, Ontario, I am available to perform wedding ceremonies throughout the Ottawa Valley. I am an experienced Wedding Officiant, and I will be happy to discuss any type of wedding ceremony you choose. Before becoming an Officiant, I was a teacher, and after I took time to raise my family, I returned to the work force as a Sales Rep for a major food Distributor. I have always had a strong sense of community and remain actively involved in several volunteer capacities. As a mother of four and a grandmother of eight, I am confident that I can bring humour, understanding and patience to your wedding ceremony. I look forward to meeting with you to help create the perfect wedding experience.
Mike and his family live at their cottage in Portland near Smiths Falls from May to October and in Stittsville, the rest of the year.
