Leigh was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario. With an undergraduate in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a B.A. in Canadian History from Trent University, Leigh has worked in government for over twenty years. She is a certified municipal officer and an experienced wedding officiant, conducting more than 200 wedding ceremonies since 2005. Leigh firmly believes in the right of couples to plan the special ceremony of their choosing. Matthew a resident of Oshawa has a natural ability to connect with people. He will help to make your traditional, special theme or same –sex wedding ceremony everything you want it to be. He is a father of two young girls and a husband of over 20 years. Matthew has a great sense of humour and believes and understands that this day is YOUR day. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys quality family time, camping and riding his motorcycle. Marg is orginally from the Port Hope area, where she remained and settled with her partner along with their favourite dog, Juno. She is a people person who believes that your spiritual, traditional or same gender wedding ceremony is about taking your story and creating a memorable moment for both of you. Marg is the mother of two adult children and two new grandsons. Marg enjoys performing wedding ceremonies and seeing the closeness and joy it brings to the couple, their families and friends. She does her best to stay healthy and fit (Juno helps) and enjoys teaching Aqua Fit classes to seniors.
Originally from Toronto (Scarborough), Elizabeth fell in love with the beautiful area of Kawartha Lakes known as Bethany hills where she and her partner now live. Marriage, family, community, inclusivity, generosity, and volunteerism are values she holds dear and strives daily to perfect. Liz pursues her interest in travel and has expanded her love of music by volunteering with the Bobcaygeon Music Council. As an experienced professional speaker who has hosted many large events, Liz will ensure your wedding ceremony reflects who you both are in a personal and meaningful way. Her easy-going manner, sensitivity, humour, and compassion will set the tone, so you and your guests feel comfortable, relaxed and able to enjoy the day.
