Sarah's passion is people and she would love to perform your wedding ceremony anywhere in Cornwall and the surrounding area. Before becoming a Designated Minister, she spent over 25 years as a Social Service Worker in Cornwall and as a volunteer for Victim Services and Vibrant Communities in the area. Calm under pressure and a terrific problem solver, Sarah has two beautiful daughters, loves animals, travel and enjoys writing and gardening in her spare time. Sarah understands the wonder and importance of the wedding ceremony, is an experienced public speaker, and has the ability to put people at ease. Open-minded and flexible, Sarah believes in helping to make your special day as unique and wonderful as possible!
Francis, recently voted the ‘Most Popular New Officiant in Cornwall' at the prestigious Wedding Industry Experts Awards, is a long time resident of Cornwall. He is a most sought after experienced wedding officiant. He keeps busy exploring the fields of spirituality and naturopathic healing, while continuing to give back to the wider community. Francis is very active in Toastmasters and is a great public speaker and consummate storyteller. He will meet your expectations and more!
Julie lives with her husband of more than 30 years in Casselman where they raised their two amazing sons and their energetic goldendoodle. Her compassionate personality will make you feel calm and at ease in navigating your wedding ceremony. Her skills in writing, public speaking and organization come from years of working as a high school teacher and principal and giving back to her community. Julie is registered to conduct weddings in Ontario and Quebec and is completely fluent in French and English. She looks forward to celebrating your wedding ceremony in ways that are meaningful to you and that honour your unique relationship. Julie enjoys blogging about minimalism and decluttering, playing pickleball, gardening and cooking.
Donna lives in South Stormont but was born and raised in Newfoundland where she developed a great sense of humour as well as a kind, caring attitude, which all come together to put you at ease as soon as you meet her. She is a seasoned officiant and since 2015 has performed numerous ceremonies of all types and sizes. As a Clergy Support Memorial Church minister, Donna loves working with all couples and embraces all individual choices and beliefs; she considers it an honour to be part of your special day. She will happily incorporate any sand, knot or candle ceremony into your vows to make sure your day is unique to you. Donna is an excellent public speaker and excels in making your ceremony a reflection of who you are as a couple. During her free time, she enjoys creating stained glass art and writing fiction. Donna and her husband spend as much time as possible at their cottage in Prince Edward County, where they enjoy boating, campfires and exploring. She is available for summer weddings in PEC.
