My wife and I are long-time residents of Mississauga, preferring to settle there after our University years. My spiritual journey began while travelling in Southern California where I started to meditate and practice yoga. I then completed my Master’s Degree in Hindu Religious History, with a minor in Christian Studies at McMaster University in Hamilton. Luckily, my background gives me a unique perspective into the stresses of your day. My public speaking skills along with my years of meditative teachings will be at your disposal.
