Mike and his family live at their cottage in Portland near Smiths Falls from May to October and in Stittsville, the rest of the year. Mike was an officer with the Canadian Armed Forces and also a Federal civil servant. He is an experienced facilitator and public speaker comfortable in any setting. Not only will he work hard to perform your traditional or spiritual wedding ceremony to meet your needs, but Mike’s casual sense of humour will ensure your guests are relaxed while easing your mind so that you can truly savour the moment. During the summer Mike and his wife Terry can be found riding their motorcycles or enjoying quiet evenings boating, while winter will find them ballroom dancing to the sounds of big band music.
Rick brings a measure of experience in public speaking and performing weddings. Add a dash of organizational skills with a touch of fun he’ll make your special wedding ceremony exactly what you want. All types of relationships, ethnicities and settings, will be delightfully welcomed as he helps prepare you for the most memorable day in your life together. Rick was raised in the U. S. and has a Master’s degree in Liberal/Cultural Studies from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH. Rick has enjoyed a few careers, including a decade as a pastor and a stint as a popular radio host since moving to Canada in 2002. Now, he and Elisabeth, three pussycats and backyard full of birdfeeders live in Almonte. Please note that Rick is not available for any more bookings until mid-November 2020.

Then my wish to continue learning, combined with wanting to be creative, led me to train in Event Planning at Algonquin College. With that knowledge I have successfully organized a fundraiser for cancer, given consultation to brides and helped with a local bridal fair. Allison lives in Carleton Place and is the proud parent of three children and enjoys riding horses; kayaking; gardening. She also skate; hike and has performed in musical theatre.
