Since retiring from nursing and teaching, I’m passionate about theatre and dance fitness. Pat lives and loves her home in Gravenhurst, Muskoka. She shares it with her two grown sons, (1 out and 1 almost), a wonderful supportive partner and a very energetic rescue mutt. A former business woman and presently Vice President of The Chamber of Commerce she has excellent communication and listening skills. Pat is comfortable conducting any type of wedding ceremony you want. It can be a traditional, spiritual, interfaith or same-sex wedding ceremony. She welcomes diversity in all couples, no matter your faith or belief, and is committed to making your special day memorable.
Tracy is nestled in in hamlet of Barkway and loves every minute of living in Gravenhurst- Muskoka. Tracy works with couples who want an inspired wedding ceremony, be it inter-denominational, spiritual, mixed-culture or a same-sex ceremony. Tracy thrives on community work and is involved in the Ryde Community Co-op Heritage Committee, the Gravenhurst Winter Carnival Committee and The Muskoka Thunder Motorcycle Riders charity organization which helps children. Being an officiant has given Tracy personal joy and allows her to play a vital role in joining two people as they unite in the highest form of commitment to one another.
Scott is a retired Radio Broadcaster and lives in Victoria Harbour on the shores of Georgian Bay. As the Mayor of the Township of Tay, he can lend his abilities to perform your traditional, non-denominational, spiritual, same sex or inter-faith wedding ceremony or renewal of vows. Over the years, Scott has been a minor Baseball Coach, Volunteer Driver for the Canadian Cancer Society and along with his wife, has raised thousands of dollars for the Alzheimer’s Society of Simcoe County. We know you will find Scott an outgoing and compassionate individual who is willing to go the “extra mile’ to make your wedding day “truly special”.
Catherine O'Connor. B.A., M.Div., RSW, is a resident of Barrie and brings a wealth of experience to the services she performs. Cathy is a social worker and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service workers. She is also a strong advocate for the rights of disabled people in Ontario. Cathy is known for her sense of humour and her ability to go with the flow of anything that may happen during the ceremony. She is a proud member of Toastmasters International and holds educational awards at the advanced level. Cathy embraces all types of ceremonies - traditional, same gender, civil, spiritual, interfaith, and multicultural.
Bevan who lives in Barrie would be very pleased to officiate your wedding ceremony. He is very interested in having your wedding hold many special memories in your hearts. He will wear what you request to the ceremony. Suit and tie, robes, or highland attire. One hobby is playing in Pipe bands. As an active Shriner and Rotarian, Bevan has been involved for many years in many community activities and enjoys working with people. Bevan would be delighted to be a part of your very special wedding day as you begin your new lives together. Bevan also serves cottage country in Muskoka.

Rachelle’s background in HR and event planning for the Fairmont Hotel chain make her the perfect Wedding Officiant of choice. Now settled in Barrie, Rachelle loves to talk with brides or grooms about their wedding needs , and to hear how this chapter of your lives started. Rachelle likes to travel and she has fond memories of kayaking through the canyons of Golden, Alberta and cycling with her two pugs. She’s a member of the Barrie Photo Club, a hobby started in the days when she taught as a Special Needs Educator in a remote First Nations Community.
