Bill is an established and well known resident of Metcalfe, ON and has enjoyed a long and distinguished career before retirement. Bill has had the privilege of giving back to his community, most notably as President of the Metcalfe Agricultural Society, Chair of the Metcalfe Recreational Committee, Master of the Russell Masonic Lodge #479, and five years as President of the Metcalfe Jets Jr. B Hockey Team. He is frequently called upon as a speaker and presenter, and has worked with a broad cross section of cultures and people. Bill recognizes how important the wedding ceremony is to you as a couple, and his goal is to try to make it exceed all your expectations and needs.
Ann is a resident of Osgoode. She is fluently bilingual in English and French, and as a Bonacci, she also has a sprinkle of Italian. When Ann is not conducting wedding ceremonies or spending time with her family, she gives back to her community as treasurer for a non-profit group which supports aid to grandmothers in Africa. Ann’s warm energy will put you at ease, and her goal is to make your ceremony memorable. She has a deep respect for other cultures and faiths. Shari is an outgoing, positive person, who is caring and thoughtful of others. She is comfortable working with couples from a variety of backgrounds to make their wedding day all it can be. Donna is a retired elementary school principal and a graduate of Ottawa University with her B.A. and M.Ed. She has welcomed many new families to Canada and has gleaned valuable insights into their cultures. She enjoys piano lessons and her cycling and running pursuits. A resident of Manotick, she immensely enjoys her voluntary work with Candlelighters, and assists Babouchka's Farm in Val des Monts with the sales and distribution of goat soap to benefit childhood cancer support programs. It will be a pleasure for Donna to bring you ease of mind and ensure lasting memories are created from your spiritual, interfaith, or same-sex wedding ceremony.
Jody and his family have lived in the Ottawa area for many generations and the city holds a special place in his heart. A connoisseur of geek and pop culture, Jody is also an experienced actor, host and improviser. He’s quick with his wit and able to accommodate your wishes for a personalized spiritual, interfaith or same-sex wedding ceremony. He excels at creating and planning events and ensures everyone is having a good time. At the end of the day, he loves winding down in his Barrhaven home with his wife, mother-in-law and young daughter, with a cup of tea and one of their two cats on his lap.
Luc's one of our most experienced wedding officiants. Luc is a true 'people person', flexible and open-minded, with a love for life and all that is true. Julie is comfortable with all types of ceremonies, and particularly enjoys helping you add your own personal touches to the ceremony. An Ottawa native, with a degree in communications, Julie has over ten years of experience commanding audiences with her public speaking and putting clients first as part of her job with the Public Service. She loves people, and will not be satisfied unless your wedding day becomes one of the most significant and memorable days of your life.
Kathleen is a previous winner of ‘Best Wedding Officiant in Ottawa and District’ at the prestigious Wedding Industry Experts awards. She has many years of experience conducting weddings. It is her goal to help you relax and enjoy one of the most special days of your life. She will do her very best to help you make your special day all you want it to be. Kathleen is comfortable in any wedding setting. Prior to becoming a wedding Officiant she was a professional social worker having graduated from the four year program at Laurentian University in Sudbury.
