Nicholas lives on the Hamilton mountain and is no stranger to events, or speaking engagements. A past career as a Community Development Manager, and a Chef leading cooking shows on TV has given him his upbeat and outgoing personality. He hopes to assist you with your spiritual or traditional wedding ceremony, and the start of your life with your special partner. His passion for life and values have served him well as a husband and a father of three great men. Nicholas enjoys traveling, cooking and is fortunate to combine his two loves when visiting Europe and other parts of the world.
Your wedding is one of the most memorable days of your life. I live in Hamilton, and my personal style is informal, relaxed and collaborative. I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of responsibilities, with incredibly diverse people. I've taught in high schools and universities. I've been a Chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces where I've been responsible for helping Christians, Jews, Muslims and those of no particular faith. When I’m on my downtime, you’ll most likely find me fishing, camping, hiking, and photographing. That’s where I go to plug-in and re-charge. I am looking forward to spending time with you, and I believe I will bring to your wedding the skills and experience to create with you the wedding that most fits your dream.
Lois lives in Hamilton and is comfortable with all different types of wedding ceremonies; spiritual, traditional or civil, no matter the location. Her goal is to support you through your journey, making your wedding day uniquely yours. Lois, graduated from Mohawk College and is currently at McMaster studying Psychology. She enjoys collecting orchids and African violets and she and her husband share their home with their many pets, dogs, cats, birds and tropical fish.

I live in Hamilton and have a passion for the written word and performing arts. I am unbiased, respect all forms of faith, and firmly believe that love is love. In my spare time you will find me exploring the City’s conservation trails or snuggling up to binge-watch the latest Netflix series with my husband and corgi. I can’t wait to join your celebration!

Rita has been an experienced professional educator in Clinical Behavioural Sciences who received her education from McMaster University and Mohawk College. Rita has presented and facilitated small and large groups throughout her successful career. Rita is detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help make your spiritual or traditional wedding ceremony the fairy tale you want it to be. She and her husband live in Burlington, where she embraces all individual choices and beliefs. She considers it a great honour and privilege to be a part of your memorable day, the way you envision it to be.

As such, you will find Wendy to be easy-going and someone who responds to your ideas for your day. Wendy is a clinical social worker in Burlington, who graduated from McMaster University with degrees in Drama and Social Work. She grew up in the Thornbury area, and still calls it home on weekends. Wendy is comfortable performing ceremonies that are spiritual or not, casual or more formal in nature.
Marilyn has lived most of her life in Niagara region and worked the majority of her career in Hamilton. She is passionate about wedding ceremonies and is a confident speaker before large and smaller groups. Her keen attention to detail is accompanied by a respectful sense of humour. Whether you wish a spiritual, non-denominational or same gender wedding ceremony, within a casual or more formal setting, Marilyn will listen then help you create the ceremony that reflects your values and love. Marilyn has two children (five grandchildren) and volunteers her time with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Helping Hamilton Homeless. She is learning to play the Ukulele and enjoying her search into her (Irish) heritage.
Lesli is an Ancaster resident who believes that Marriage is a celebration of your love and vow of commitment to each other. Marianne resides in Brantford, but emigrated from the Netherlands as a child. A bonus byproduct is she is fluent in both English and Dutch! She is preparing to retire from her 45-year career in education and is well respected in her field. Marianne is outgoing and always sees the positive in life with a mixture of love, humour and compassion. She is the mother of three adult sons and one of her fondest memories is officiating her eldest son’s wedding. Marianne also enjoys knitting, cycling and reading. She is confident that she can deliver your vision and make your traditional or spiritual wedding ceremony a joyful and memorable experience.
Mary, the love of my life and I are residents of Milton. We are the proud parents of Alex, a Robotics Engineer and we whole heartily welcome the lovely Breigh as a new member to our family. Family time, curling and travel are my passions. With a Diploma from Ryerson’s Hospitality Program (1980), a career in Hospitality and then Industrial Customer Service, I have had a lifelong passion of working with and serving people. Caroline believes in celebrating your love. Born and raised in rural England, I now call Stoney Creek my home. With an education in business, world religions and as a professional wedding officiant, I have a deep respect and understanding for all religious and spiritual beliefs. I am an inclusive, enthusiastic person with a great sense of humor, yet very professional with a keen eye for the detail that makes your wedding perfectly memorable. I am licensed to conduct weddings by the Province of Ontario.
Ruth is a social worker, a social advocate, and teaches part time at Mohawk College and McMaster University. She is passionate about supporting people’s choices in life and love and will be comfortable conducting your wedding ceremony. (including Jewish) She is happily married in an interfaith, interracial union and has three children and a black lab. Ruth hails from Niagara Falls, but now resides in Hamilton. With her free time you can find her walking, at the gym, doing yoga, attending festivals and watching her son and his rock band, or watching sports events, including her children’s. She believes “true life lies in laughter, love and hard work.”
