Your wedding is one of the most memorable days of your life. I live in Hamilton, and my personal style is informal, relaxed and collaborative. I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of responsibilities, with incredibly diverse people. I've taught in high schools and universities. I've been a Chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces where I've been responsible for helping Christians, Jews, Muslims and those of no particular faith. When I’m on my downtime, you’ll most likely find me fishing, camping, hiking, and photographing. That’s where I go to plug-in and re-charge. I am looking forward to spending time with you, and I believe I will bring to your wedding the skills and experience to create with you the wedding that most fits your dream.
It would be my privilege to perform one of the most important events of your life. The ceremony is a special time of joyous celebration for the union being created between two people. I will do my utmost to make your ceremony reflect your individuality and uniqueness. I will conduct your ceremony as you want it to be. Non-denominational or spiritual weddings, no trouble. It's your day and I want to help make it all you want it to be.

I moved to Woodstock over 50 years ago and am retired from a career as Justice of the Peace. The most enjoyable and satisfying part of my position was performing wedding ceremonies in Woodstock and around South Western Ontario. It became and still is my passion. I enjoyed everything from meeting the participants to the wedding ceremony. I am comfortable with religious and non-denominational ceremonies regardless of gender and look forward to assisting everyone in having a wonderful day. Since retiring my husband and I curled, learned to mostly kick dirt at the golf course, and travel. I am now learning shuffleboard and how to bowl.

I am always honoured to be asked to perform a wedding ceremony for any couple! No matter the type of ceremony you have chosen – traditional, spiritual or same gender, it’s at that moment you are truly enlightened by the love and joy that surrounds you. Originally from Newfoundland, I settled in Kitchener and my spouse Barb and my ever expanding family have been my greatest blessings. I have a degree in Pastoral Ministry through Loyola University, New Orleans. Along with my Pastoral work, my time is spent with family and friends, enjoying sports, gardening and playing with our dog. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
