Born in Trinidad, Gerry and his family moved to Barrie Ont when he was 3 yrs old. A graduate of the University of Windsor, Gerry’s interests are many and varied. He’s a guitarist in a Motown review band and has been a coach for many years in organized hockey and baseball. ‘After 23 years of life with my wife Cheryl I’ve learned and continue to learn that love is an incredible journey’ he says. Gerry would be honored to officially help couples announce their love to the world through their wedding ceremony.

Catherine O'Connor, a resident of Barrie, received her M.Div. degree from the University of Toronto and brings a wealth of experience to the services she performs. She is also a social worker registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service workers, and also advocates for the rights of disabled people in Ontario. Working with couples from a variety of beliefs and backgrounds, she is known for her sense of humour and her ability to put people at ease.
Lynn is delighted to be a wedding officiant. She is fortunate to serve two locations during the year; the Orillia area from October 15 to May 31, and the Parry Sound area from June 1 to October 14. Lynn is an outgoing and happy person, a wife and mother, a fifth- generation cottager, an active volunteer, a curler and a traveler. Her background as a teacher/high school administrator has equipped her with excellent oratorical and organizational skills.
